Engineers of Pirelli developed this tire according to the specifications of the automobile manufacturer from the Bavarian town of Buchloe. With the special edition the renowned manufacturer will equip its new models BMW ALPINA B5 BI-Turbo into two:

1. Saloon
2. Touring

The highest torque of 800Nm is already available in at 3,000 rpm. The new BMW ALPINA B5 Bi-Turbo accelerates from 0-100 kmph in just 3.5 seconds, making it the fastest accelerating car ever produced by ALPINA. In order to transmit the power on the road, engineers from Pirelli designed an individual version of the P Zero in close cooperation with the chassis developers of ALPINA  tire technology is derived motorsport in combination with a flat bead seat contour and an innovative tread profile allows for a pronounced transverse dynamics and precise steering behavior.
